The Eaton 93PM G2 150kW UPS is a three phase modular UPS system designed to provide high availability and the lowest total cost of ownership ( TCO) in its class. The UPS system comprises of three 50kW modules and can support connected loads up to a maximum of 150kW or 100kW in an N+1 configuration.
An uninterruptible power supply is designed to deliver clean, continuous power to connected loads, preventing downtime, data loss, and equipment damage caused by surges, outages, or voltage fluctuations.
IEEE has introduced standard, IEEE 519, which defines recommended limits. Implementing this standard requires a knowledge of the power system and other loads producing harmonics. Unfortunately, the standard can allow the same power supply to possibly exceed limits in one application and not in another.
